Carolin Drzalic

PRODUCER

Carolin Držalić is a producer and writer from Zurich, Switzerland. After a two-year internship at an independent film production in Lugano, Ticino, she moved to Berlin in 2016 to earn a degree for the BA (HONS) Practical Filmmaking course at Met Film School Berlin.

Carolin collaborated on the web-documentary Life Underground (SXSW 2018) at the side of Hervé Cohen and several Film Festivals, such as Locarno and Berlinale. In 2017 she produced the Indian-German co-production “Avasaan” (2017), award winner at the 8th Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival (2018) for Best Student Short Film. It is her first production outside Europe.

She has also worked at the world sales company The Match Factory GmbH, assisting in the Film Festival department.
