Brian Andrew Hose

Brian Andrew Hose is an American director and award-winning cinematographer based in Berlin. Originally from Colorado, Brian moved to New York in 2014, where he worked on commercial, brand identity, and music videos, including directing the premiere music video series “JIMMY” which won the Audience Choice Award at the 2018 Boulevard Film Festival in Queens, NY.

As a cinematographer, he won the award for best cinematography for “The New Galileos” from the Sicily International Film Festival. He has taught master classes in video production and storytelling at the Institute of the Arts in Philadelphia and Parsons School of Design in NYC.

Brian moved to Berlin in 2017 to further develop his skills in film directing at the Met Film School Berlin. Klaviermann is his second short film shot in Berlin.

SABRINA RÜCKER

Sabrina Rücker is a Berlin-based film editor, whose work focuses on queer identities and provincial narratives. In 2019, she successfully completed her bachelor studies at MetFilm School with the short documentary Opa Schorsch und Oma Ulla, which premiered at the 35th Osnabrück Independent Film Festival in 2020. In her work, she questions traditional role concepts in her search for a deconstructed notion of home.

Sabrina produced the short film Paper Swallows Rock from director Vanessa Gravenor which premiered at the 38th Kasseler Dokfest and will be screened at the 68th Internationale Kurzfilmtage Oberhausen. She is the editor of the feature film Ioanna, directed by Albrecht Hirche, the video exhibition Truth or Dare from Maja Classen and has edited documentaries for the German Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation.

Oska Melina Borcherding

ACTOR* – THEO

Oska Melina Borcherding is a half-Greek, half-German actor* living in Berlin. 

After graduating from the University for Music, Drama and Media in Hanover, they became a permanent member at the „Theater an der Parkaue“ in Berlin, where they worked with directors like Milan Peschel, Katrin Hentschel, Brigitte Maria Bertele and Martin Grünheit. They starred as „Peggy Hammer“ in the TV-Series „Hammer & Sichl“.

In 2017 Oska produced and directed their first documentary „Jajá“, which was screened at the „International Shortfilm Festival Berlin“ and won a Festival-Award at the „International Documentary Festival Of Ierapetra“.

 

Mor Cohen

Mor Cohen is an award-winning Israeli actress and filmmaker based in Brooklyn, New York. After graduating from The Academy of Performing Arts in Tel Aviv in 2013, Mor relocated from Israel to New York, and worked directly with Hollywood A-lists in Paris and LA.

On screen, Mor can be seen in Natalie Portman’s directorial debut A Tale of Love and Darkness, Mean Murderer (now on Amazon Prime), and multiple award-winning thriller The Doll.

Her producorial credits include Off-Broadway production of Scoop, award-winning short film The New Galileos, and multiple award-winning short film Over the Wall.

Carolin Drzalic

PRODUCER

Carolin Držalić is a producer and writer from Zurich, Switzerland. After a two-year internship at an independent film production in Lugano, Ticino, she moved to Berlin in 2016 to earn a degree for the BA (HONS) Practical Filmmaking course at Met Film School Berlin.

Carolin collaborated on the web-documentary Life Underground (SXSW 2018) at the side of Hervé Cohen and several Film Festivals, such as Locarno and Berlinale. In 2017 she produced the Indian-German co-production “Avasaan” (2017), award winner at the 8th Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival (2018) for Best Student Short Film. It is her first production outside Europe.

She has also worked at the world sales company The Match Factory GmbH, assisting in the Film Festival department.

CAlle eriksson

Calle Eriksson is a Swedish cinematographer currently living and working in Berlin. He picked up a film camera at age ten and pressed record – it’s been rolling ever since. Calle studied film production at Media Gymnasiet in Nacka Strand, Stockholm.

Calle has shot a documentary in Brazil, and worked in New York City on a film production in the Bronx. Since 2017, Calle has been studying cinematography at the Met Film School Berlin.
